Strategy, Consultancy, Concept Development
Think twice – no, three times.
Think three times, measure twice – build once.
For us, consultation, concept development and a jointly devised strategy form the basis of every collaboration.
We look at your situation, listen and ask questions.
The result isn’t an off-the-shelf solution, but one that’s tailored to you.
No system can replace strategy
Good digital projects do not begin with the selection of a system, but with a decision:
- What problem is it supposed to solve?
- Who will maintain the product data?
- What task should the website fulfil for which department?
- What software is already in place – and what should the new software be capable of?
- Who will be responsible for the AI tool once the project phase is over?
These and other questions determine success – long before the technical aspects come into play. We ask them right at the start, even if they’re uncomfortable. The answers form the basis of a vision with a clear sequence of steps – and the honest possibility that ‘no new system’ might also be the right answer.
Complex behind the scenes. Simple for the user.

Where do we stand?
Analysis & Assessment
We take stock of what is currently in place: channels, content, data, systems, processes – and who actually maintains and uses them.
- Assessment of the system landscape and data flows
- Aligning target groups, channels and messages
- Where effort is expended that benefits no one
Where to, and in what order?
Digital Strategy & Roadmap
Objectives become a target vision, and the target vision becomes a sequence – with resources, dependencies and phases.
- Target vision and measurable objectives
- Prioritised actions rather than a wish list
- A roadmap divided into phases, aligned with the budget and resources
What exactly is being built?
Concept
The stage at which misunderstandings become costly. We document them before development begins.
- Information architecture, data model, roles and permissions
- Requirements and acceptance criteria
- Interfaces and system boundaries
What are the real benefits of AI here?
AI Approaches & Introduction
We assess use cases objectively: where effort is reduced or quality improves – and where a tool merely shifts the workload.
- Assessing and prioritising use cases
- Conduct a small-scale pilot before investing
- Clarify responsibilities, data sources and verification steps
It doesn’t start with an offer, but with a space filled with the right people.
Our workshops
In the workshop, everyone involved in the project sits round the table – decision-makers, stakeholders and the specialist department that will maintain the data later on. This is rarely the case in day-to-day business, but it makes all the difference: we facilitate the discussion, listen and ask follow-up questions until even the issues that would otherwise only come to light during implementation have been brought out into the open. Afterwards, everyone is on the same page.
Here is an insight into a wide variety of projects and solutions:
Consultancy and strategy form the basis of every project.
Different requirements. Tailored solutions.
Our digital projects do not begin with a specific technology, but with the question: Which processes need to be optimised? If product data and media are scattered across multiple locations, a PIM or DAM system may be the right solution. If content and product data need to be consolidated within a single system, a digital experience platform comes into play. And if off-the-shelf software does not fit with your organisation’s processes, we develop bespoke solutions. We also provide web development and web design for your digital presence, as well as hosting to ensure reliable operation.
In a nutshell
That depends on the scope of the project and the number of people involved. The initial consultation and quote are free of charge – only then do you decide on the next steps.
Yes. Getting a second opinion on the concept, choice of system or cost estimate is usually cheaper than having to make corrections afterwards.
Yes. You will receive the target vision, prioritised measures and roadmap in writing – which can also serve as a basis for internal consultation and budget planning.
No. We can do it, and many customers choose to do so. It is not essential.
That depends on the scope. We’ll give you a firm date after the workshop.
We assess use cases within your specific context, rather than simply recommending tools. The result is an assessment of what is worthwhile, what isn’t, and where you should start.
