Since 1900, the Münster Chamber of Skilled Crafts has represented the interests of over 30,000 craft businesses and around 210,000 employees in the Münsterland and the Emscher-Lippe region. As a body governed by public law, it carries out the statutory duties set out in Section 91 of the Crafts and Trades Act – including maintaining the register of craft trades and the register of apprentices, regulating and supervising vocational training, organising journeyman’s, further training and master craftsman’s examinations, and appointing and swearing in experts.
The Chamber sees itself as a service provider for its members and offers a comprehensive range of information, advice and further training – from starting a business through to business management, digitalisation and sustainability, right through to securing a skilled workforce. The Chamber includes the HBZ Münster, its training centre with more than 50 training workshops, theory and IT rooms, which provides a wide range of qualifications, from vocational training and master craftsman schools to degree programmes and further training in business management, design and technical subjects.
Our project:
-
Various independent websites needed to be managed centrally.
-
Course offerings and registrations needed to be automatically synchronised with an external course database.
-
Bookings by private individuals and companies involving multiple participants needed to be accommodated.
-
Courses, contact persons and companies should be searchable together.
-
Results and comparative data were to be automatically made available as PDF files.
Several events, one editorial team, one budget? Let’s talk about it.
