Frankfurt-Rhine-Main Chamber of Crafts

The Frankfurt-Rhein-Main Chamber of Skilled Trades, as a body governed by public law, acts as the professional representative body for the skilled trades sector in the region. It is the first point of contact for more than 33,000 craft businesses, employing around 160,000 people and training some 9,000 apprentices – from Frankfurt via Darmstadt and Offenbach to the Odenwald district.

The audience is correspondingly diverse: schoolgirls looking for a career, apprentices, journeymen preparing for their master craftsman’s examination, business owners with legal queries, female entrepreneurs and volunteers. They all arrive via the same homepage, and they are all looking for something different.

The result is a platform that centrally manages the main site, intranet and microsites, automatically synchronises courses with the external course system, and keeps track of media assets, including their usage rights.
