Internal campaign for the staff app at Neoperl

Neoperl is a leading provider of innovative solutions for drinking water applications and is renowned for its water jet-related products. With the launch of the new Neonet, the company has taken a significant step towards ‘One Neoperl’: a global network on a shared platform.

The next step: mobile.

The staff app, integrated into Microsoft Teams, delivers news, updates and features directly to staff’s smartphones. It is available to all staff, even those without a fixed desktop workstation. Use of the app is voluntary and has been deliberately kept simple.


To ensure that the launch not only works from a technical perspective but is also used in everyday life, we developed a communication strategy that provides guidance and makes it easier to get started.

At the heart of this was a compact brochure: clearly structured, visually accessible and easy to understand. The title ‘Nice to teams you’ gets straight to the heart of the app’s concept and provides a fitting introduction to the topic.
