S. Burger Bauunternehmen GmbH is a family-run construction firm based in Elzach, specialising in turnkey residential construction. The company builds detached and multi-family homes, as well as residential projects using solid, timber and hybrid construction methods, and is committed to quality, reliability, sustainability and a strong regional connection. As part of the relaunch, the challenge was to translate this expertise into a digital format in such a way that the website not only conveys the company’s values but also functions as an advisory tool for various target groups: property developers, investors and interested parties.

Solution

Working together, we developed a website that focuses on clarity, trust and expertise. The structure guides users systematically through the different service areas – from detached houses to housing developments and investment opportunities.

The focus was on:

a clear distinction between the services on offer
a clear explanation of different construction methods (masonry, hybrid, timber)
adding an emotional dimension to the topic of ‘home ownership’
intuitive user guidance with clear contact and conversion points

The design relies on calm, high-quality imagery and a minimalist visual language that visually conveys the company’s values – quality, durability and trust.

Result

The new website allows visitors to experience BURGER’s expertise and ethos first-hand. Content is presented in a structured manner, decision-making processes are supported and trust is built – a crucial factor in an industry characterised by long-term investments.

The website thus becomes the central touchpoint for consultancy, project initiation and recruitment, and sustainably strengthens the company’s positioning in the regional market.
