Recruitment campaign for Braunform
Braunform is an internationally active family-run business specialising in injection moulds and plastics technology. For the campaign, we developed a careers page as well as the corresponding advert design for social media and print.
A key element of the concept was the use of photographs and videos featuring employees. This allowed us to showcase day-to-day working life and the people behind Braunform as authentically as possible. We also produced employee interviews to feature on the careers page.
