"This ensures that apprenticeship places definitely don’t go unfilled"
"With our Talent Truck, we ventured into completely new territory and were in the best of hands with Aufwind. New ideas or last-minute changes were never a problem for the team; instead, they were always an incentive to take the idea to the next level. I have rarely experienced such a level of customer focus – one that isn’t just promised, but actually put into practice!
The EDEKA Food Express is a real highlight and is only surpassed by the Smoothie Rider – it’s impressive to see how our wish to turn a smoothie’s supply chain into a ‘wild ride’ was brought to life.
We’re really looking forward to finally going ‘on tour’ to infect the next generation of colleagues with the ‘EDEKA virus’ and win them over – with the Talent Truck, we’ve created the best possible ‘vaccination station’ together with Aufwind.” André Pointmayer, Head of the Human Resources Development Division, EDEKA Minden-Hannover Zentralverwaltungsgesellschaft mbH
A pure experience – career guidance taken to a whole new level
The aim was to work with Edeka Minden-Hannover to develop a concept that would captivate potential trainees, provide them with in-depth information and leave a lasting impression. Featuring interactive and action-packed stations, the Talent Truck offers a comprehensive exploration of career fields in just 90 minutes. The focus is on hands-on experience of the various roles.
The highlight: a ‘Flying Theatre’ integrated into the trailer, the ‘Edeka Food Express’.
Take off in the EDEKA Food Express
As an absolute world first, we have built the world’s smallest flying theatre – the ‘Edeka Food Express’. In a space measuring 3 x 3 metres with a ceiling height of approximately 3 metres, we have installed a genuine flying theatre with two seats, complete with everything that defines a flying theatre: highly dynamic movements, scents, wind, cool sound and other effects such as mist and water sprays.
In the EDEKA Food Express, pupils really do take off! In a spectacular 3D flight, they explore the origins of various foods.
New perspectives
Another highlight is the “Smoothie Rider” – a very special VR experience. From the perspective of an orange, visitors follow the smoothie’s journey through its various stages – from production, through the warehouse, right to the customer.
