Town of Laufenburg

The Laufenburg Eight

  • Concept for an adventure trail featuring 17 interactive stations
  • Interactive exhibits
  • Design of an activity leaflet for children

A fascinating journey brimming with old-town charm, nature and unique memories of an impressive historical past

The Laufenburg EIGHT is a special highlight for the whole family. Laufenburg’s fascinating history is brought to life in an exciting way, whilst the children can discover, learn and, above all, have lots of fun in a playful way.

THE STATIONS AND INTERACTIVE EXHIBITS

The high-quality stations are varied and invite visitors to explore, learn through play and have fun. From the beaver lodge to an interactive turntable for exploring the Neckar, right through to the giant balance bike, there’s certainly no chance of getting bored.

You can find details about the stations in theleaflet we have designed.

AN EXPERIENTIAL AND EDUCATIONAL CONCEPT FOR CHILDREN – FEATURING THE ADORABLE MASCOT LAURHY

Children are accompanied on their adventure by the lovable LauRhy. In a playful way, he explains important concepts to the young adventurers, such as the importance of protecting water resources or how a hydroelectric power station works.

Clever scratch-and-reveal fun provides extra entertainment, and at the end there’s even a reward that children can collect from one of the tourist information centres in the historic old towns of Laufenburg during opening hours.
