Ravenmoor Academy is opening its doors

With the opening of Ravenmoor Academy, Freizeit-Land Geiselwind has welcomed visitors to one of the most ambitious attractions of recent years. The new themed ride takes guests on a journey lasting over ten minutes into a mysterious world full of magic, puzzles and unexpected encounters.

The story centres on the young sorceress Mora Morthon.

Quick-witted, courageous and always with a healthy dose of sarcasm, she guides visitors through the venerable halls of Ravenmoor Academy. But something is amiss at the once-prestigious magical academy: time is falling out of balance, dark forces are awakening, and an ancient chaos threatens to engulf the world of Ravenmoor.

Together with Mora, guests embark on a perilous mission. The path leads through enchanted castle corridors, across storm-tossed chasms and past mighty magical creatures. The goal: to find the mysterious Heart of Awakening before Ravenmoor is finally engulfed in chaos.

Bonus-Mora provides further surprises – a ghostly version of the young sorceress who seems to have a mind of her own. With dark humour and sharp remarks, she accompanies the journey and repeatedly creates unexpected moments. Her relationship with Mora raises questions that are likely to intrigue attentive visitors.
The enthusiasm of the first guests was already evident during the soft opening.

Particular praise was given to the elaborate theming, the numerous special effects and the high level of detail in the attraction. Many visitors reported discovering new details time and again during multiple rides.

Ravenmoor Academy also attracted media attention even before its official opening. Specialist websites and theme park magazines particularly highlighted the exceptional ride duration, the intense atmosphere and the extensive storytelling. Initial reports even described the attraction as a potential hidden gem of the season. With Ravenmoor Academy, Freizeit-Land Geiselwind has created a completely self-contained theme world with its own story, its own characters and a unique blend of excitement, humour and magic.
