The workshop aims to help participants understand the potential benefits of AI technologies, develop practical use cases and identify concrete steps for implementing an AI-driven corporate strategy.
OBJECTIVES AND CONTENT
The aim of the workshop is to carry out a thorough analysis of the current state of AI within the organisation, to identify relevant use cases and to develop a long-term AI strategy.
This workshop is aimed at managers and decision-makers from various departments who are directly or indirectly involved in AI initiatives.
- Introduction to AI (Trends & Best Practices, Potential, Risks)
- Introduction to the company’s AI strategy and objectives
- Maturity analysis: Where does the company currently stand in terms of AI?
- Identification of relevant use cases within the company
- Development of a bespoke AI strategy overview (AI roadmap) with specific recommendations for action
- Formation of an interdisciplinary AI team or an AI task force
- Knowledge assessment
- Understanding the potential of AI in business
- Prioritising areas for action
- A bespoke AI strategy as the basis for the next steps
- Official training certificate: Participants will receive a certificate of attendance upon passing the knowledge test.
